Hi, I’m Sinéad. Welcome.
I hold space for people who want to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with themselves.
My Path Here
I first discovered Reiki when I was fifteen, long before I really understood why I was drawn to it. It opened a doorway into energy work and meditation, and that curiosity has been at the heart of my life ever since.
Between 2008 and 2015, I ran SpiritWise, where I offered Reiki, meditation, and intuitive energy practices. It was a beautiful chapter - holding space for others while deepening my own connection to this work.
Then life shifted. Motherhood arrived, and with it, the wild and tender years of raising my twin boys. My practice changed shape and went quiet for a while as my energy went fully into family life.
Coming back to this work now, through Simply Soulful, feels like a homecoming - a returning to myself, but from a place of deeper experience and wisdom.
My Approach
I work gently. I listen deeply - to you, to your energy, and to what’s present in the moment. Everything I offer - Reiki, meditation, breathwork - comes from that place. I offer a space where you can pause, breathe, and begin to hear yourself again.
What Matters to Me
I believe we all have an inner wisdom - a part of us that knows what we need. Sometimes, we just need the right space for it to rise to the surface. That’s what Simply Soulful is about for me: creating a space to reconnect with the spirit within. To remember what’s already here.
Outside the Healing Room
I live in rural Roscommon with my husband, Seán, and our twin boys. You’ll usually find me in the garden, exploring the mountains or forests, or lost in a good book with a cup of tea nearby. Nature is a big part of how I refill my own energy - it weaves through everything I do.

Reiki Healing
Reiki is a gentle and restorative energy practice that supports balance and deep rest - physically, emotionally, and energetically.
In a session, you’ll lie fully clothed on a comfortable treatment table while I place my hands lightly on or above different areas of your body. There’s nothing you need to do - just breathe, relax, and be open.
Reiki is available in-person or at a distance. Energy isn’t bound by location - it meets you exactly where you are.
Access Bars
Access Bars is a gentle, hands-on process that involves lightly touching 32 points on the head, known as “Bars.” These points relate to different aspects of life - thoughts, emotions, beliefs, and patterns we hold onto.
When combined with Reiki, it can help the mind slow down, ease mental chatter, and create space for more clarity and calm.
You can choose to include Access Bars as part of your Reiki session if you feel drawn to explore it.
Hikari Breathwork
Hikari Breathwork is my own blend of rhythmic nasal breathing and intuitive energy healing.
It’s gentle, grounding, and supportive for the nervous system. The breath helps open space in the body, release tension, and reconnect with your natural flow.
Each session is intuitive and guided by your energy. You move at your own pace, and there’s no “right way” to do it - just breathing, feeling, and being held in the process.

Meditation Classes
Meditation can be simple. You don’t need experience, special techniques, or hours of silence. My approach is practical, grounded, and accessible.
We explore guided practices, gentle breath awareness, and moments of stillness that meet you where you are. Each class is designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and bring more presence into your daily life.
Workshops & Gatherings
Throughout the year, I host intimate, welcoming workshops and gatherings where we weave together energy practices, meditation, breathwork, and group connection. These spaces are designed to feel soft, nourishing, and intimate - a chance to pause, reflect, and come back to yourself.
A Note on My Approach
There’s no one way to experience this work. Every session, class, and gathering is guided by your energy and what feels right in the moment. Simply Soulful isn’t about adding more to your to-do list. It’s about creating a little space - to breathe, to feel, and to reconnect with yourself.
